Shipping Information


AUSTRALIA

Up to 500gm - $7 flat rate

500gm - 5kg - $13 flat rate

5kg - 10kg - $20 flat rate

Your shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. We ship from Sydney, NSW. All items are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.  If you require express shipping on parcels, please contact us before ordering on hello@wildeessence.co.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to processed and shipped. There is an expected delivery time of between 1 – 5 business days after dispatch. This timeframe is intended as a guideline as provided by Australia Post. Wilde Essence + Co will not be responsible for delays in delivery, which stem from circumstances beyond our control. Missing or damaged orders need to be taken up with the postal service responsible for your delivery. We make every effort to ensure our products are shipped in secure packaging to avoid any reasonable damage.

Wilde Essence + Co will not action any missing orders until the recommended delivery time frame has lapsed, and the postal service has been contacted. 

We do not operate on the weekend or any Australian public holidays.

Tracking your order? You can track your order using the consignment number that you will have received via email upon shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

Wilde Essence + Co is happy to make our products available worldwide. Please email hello@wildeessence.co with your order and full postal address so a shipping quote can be organised for you. Once you approve the cost, we will make shipping arrangements for you. 

CUSTOMS DUTY

If you are ordering from a location other than Australia, you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies that may be associated with delivery in your local country.

Wilde Essence + Co is not responsible for being aware or, or reimbursing customers for any such fees. Please ensure that you are conscious of the customs protocols in your own country before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

RETURNS

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your items arrives faulty we are happy to exchange your order. Please email us at hello@wildeessence.co to arrange. We do not provide refunds, exchange or store credit for change of mind. 

REFUNDS

All Wilde Essence + Co goods sold are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued, at our discretion, if a product is faulty and an exchange or credit note is not appropriate in the circumstances.
